The Pratte team worked with my wife and I as well as three other homeowners within our condo complex to replace our aging decks. Initially, the job involved replacing just the old deck boards with composite material but in several cases, several joists had to be replaced as well as the band board on our deck. The team was able to easily accommodate the extra work. The entire Pratte team was professional, responsive and their workmanship was excellent. Thank you Clarke and the rest of the team!

UPDATE****** Another great experience with Pratte Construction. Nearly 3 weeks after my last project Pratte Construction was able to quickly remodel my shower/tub combo after unfortunately discovering a crack in the bathroom tub not long after closing on my new home. To say I am pleased is an understatement. Jesse did a phenomenal job. The pictures speak for themselves. Highly highly recommend them! Great experience working with Jeremy and Doug!! From pricing, communication, and work quality! Jeremy and Doug along with their team worked very efficiently and were very patient with me as I tackled insurance issues. I would highly recommend to anyone in the future. Pictures of water damage in bathroom with completely new siding and repaired interior wall and window.

We’re in the middle of redoing the exterior of our house and needed someone to replace out slanted porch that was falling away from the house before the siding was going to get redone. Doug and his team gave us reasonable expectations when we initially wanted if fixed and decided to rebuild it, which was fortunate after seeing how it was attached to the house. They were extremely quick in removal and replacement of the structure and kept their work area clean. They were also able to coordinate with the other work we had planned to avoid conflicts leave it in a protected state so the next phase of our project would go smoothly. I plan on reaching out to them for my next home improvement project.

We had an outstanding experience with Pratte Construction. They replaced four columns on our front porch, along with the soffit, fascia and gutters, and the results truly exceeded our expectations. Even when we added more work midway through the project, they were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. The team was reliable, showed up when they said they would, communicated clearly every step of the way, and responded quickly to any questions we had. They also kept the work area very clean throughout the project and did a great job cleaning everything up afterward, which we really appreciated. Jeremy, Doug and Devon were professional, friendly, and genuinely great to work with. The quality of the workmanship speaks for itself, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We highly recommend Pratt Construction and will absolutely be repeat customers!
